Hot stamping is the method of imprinting used.
Hot stamping on leather is similar to hot leather branding.
The imprint will appear recessed or debossed and will display in shades of black and brown.

For an easy sewing application, a recessed area close to the patch's edge, similar to the sewing channel on a PVC patch, is recommended.

Suede patches are available with the following backing options:
Stitch-on ready, also known as sew-on backing, is the only permanent application solution for these patches.
Stick-on backings are also available for an additional fee. This isn't a permanent option; it's typically used for a one-time event. When this option is selected, it essentially turns into a sticker.
