View/Download/Print & Share the following documents:
  1. Estimates - View, print, and share both new and old estimates, approve or reject them in real time, and provide comments to staff for adjustments!
  2. Sales Orders - View, print, and share Sales Orders. 
  3. Invoices - View, print, and share Invoices. See if Invoice balances are due, outstanding, or paid!
  4. Credit Notes - View, print, and share Credit Notes.
  5. Payments Made - View, print, and share Payment History.
  6. Account Statements - View, print, and share Account Statements.

Insight: We also integrated our Orders Department chat into the customers portal, you will be able to engage with your order representative handling your order in real time during normal business hours!

How do you access this feature?

It's Simple!

When an invoice is sent to a customer without a Customer Portal account set up, an option to sign up will be available when viewing the invoice in a web browser. On the bottom left of the 'View Invoice' screen, you'll find a box allowing you to register for the Customer Portal for your business account.

Notes
This sign-up window will only show if your Customer Portal is NOT set up for your business account. The sign-up window will only show when you view the invoice by clicking on the 'PAY INVOICE' link in the email that was dispatched. 
If you already have a contact associated with your business account, feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team. They’ll be happy to add additional contacts under your account, providing access to your transactional data for those contacts.
