Less Than Minimum Formula
We will walk you through the Less Than Minimum Formula (LTM), and how it works.
On the Product Display Page (PDP), if the product states LTM formula applies you can order less than the 1st published increment and price point. If a product DOES NOT qualify for LTM pricing, we will provide a clear message on the PDP stating such.
Things to Remember:
- You will not be able to place an order on the website like you normally do with building the product and checking out.
- We will have to process your order on our end to push it through at the lower quantity ordered, once you are ready to place an order please submit it to Orders@IDProductsource.com so we can process it on your behalf
- We always recommend ordering the MOQ in these instances, the reason why is because if you order the MOQ you will get more product for essentially the same price point saving you more money in the long run.
Example: You want to order 25 units, the Minimum Order Quantity listed on our website is 50 units. You can use the LTM Formula to come up with pricing on 25 units.
- 50 Units is $4.34 (P), so if you take $4.34 (P) * 50 units your unit total = $217 and divide that over the new total you are ordering you will come up with your LTM cost.
- Say you wanted to order 25 units, your LTM cost would be $217 / 25 units = $8.68 (P) per unit for 25 units.
