These terms and conditions clarify the relationship between IDProductsource and a third-party decorator Snugz USA regarding the decoration & labeling of personal care products. By engaging IDProductsource for decorated personal care products, customers agree to the terms outlined below.

  • IDProductsource partners with SnugZ USA to provide high-quality decoration services for personal care products to adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.

  • All decoration activities are conducted in FDA-registered facilities operated by SnugZ USA, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Decorated products are crafted following FDA guidelines to ensure safety and quality.

  • SnugZ USA conducts thorough quality assurance checks, and IDProductsource oversees the process to ensure products meet customer expectations.

  • All customer-provided designs remain the intellectual property of the customer.

  • IDProductsource and SnugZ USA agree not to use customer designs for purposes other than the agreed-upon services.

  1. Both IDProductsource and SnugZ USA will maintain the confidentiality of customer designs and proprietary information.
