IDProductsource will begin matching the shipping address of your order against the resale certificate we have on file for your business in that state.

If the SHIP TO STATE collects sales tax.

IDProductsource DOES NOT have your company's resale certificate on file for the SHIP TO state.

IDProductsource has hit Economic Nexus in that state.

Your company will be charged Sales Tax according to Economic Nexus Laws.

We encourage you to fill out the below form and provide resale certificates for the states you are doing business with and shipping to, this will ensure our system does not apply sales tax to your Sales Order / Invoice that is shipped to that specific state.

Due to Economic Nexus laws if the ship to state has sales tax, and we do not have a verified resale certificate on file for your business, IDProductsource will be required by law to charge sales tax where Economic Nexus threshold(s) have been met.
